Clarity is a responsibility
Ambiguity is normal. Leaving the team inside it is not. I translate uncertainty into decisions, owners, assumptions, and a visible path forward.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering detail, operating discipline, human coordination, and business visibility.
My story
I trained as an electrical engineer in Paraná, Brazil, and began my career designing and delivering industrial electrical and automation systems in Paraguay. From the start, I was drawn not only to the technical answer, but to the complete path from an idea and commercial offer to safe execution and a working result.
At Essentra, I progressed from production supervision and quality management into business-unit operations leadership with P&L responsibility. Leading safety, maintenance, quality, production, warehouse, and supply chain taught me to see performance as one connected system. An MBA in Lean Manufacturing strengthened that operating perspective.
After moving to the United States, I led post-acquisition fintech operations, regulated food manufacturing, and multimillion-dollar semiconductor automation programs. Each environment reinforced the same lesson: complicated work becomes manageable when teams share clear priorities, reliable information, and visible ownership.
Today, I apply that experience to pharmaceutical and life-science cleanroom delivery, PM team leadership, and PMO development. I enjoy the complete challenge of delivering the project in front of me, developing the people leading the work, and improving the system that will help the portfolio perform better.
How I lead
Methods should adapt to the project. These principles remain steady.
01
Ambiguity is normal. Leaving the team inside it is not. I translate uncertainty into decisions, owners, assumptions, and a visible path forward.
02
A tool is valuable when it removes friction, improves a conversation, or helps someone act earlier. Complexity without use is just overhead.
03
The greatest exposure often sits between functions and scopes. Strong leadership makes those boundaries explicit and keeps them connected.
04
Support the team, tell the truth about the work, and follow commitments through. Trust grows where care and accountability meet.
What I am building now
My current focus is a practical project operating system: capable project managers, common portfolio data, clear governance, usable Power Platform workflows, and responsible AI-assisted practices that help leaders decide, not simply observe.
